Counseling Fees
All payments are due in full by cash, check, or credit card at the end of each session unless other arrangements are made. Many insurance plans are accepted. For those wishing to file with their own insurance company the necessary form will be provided. This form will allow you to use Clarity Life Development, LLC as an “Out of network provider” and be reimbursed to your unique insurance plan. There may be other benefits for cash payment for services, including increased confidentiality and freedom from the requirement that a mental health diagnosis be applied to you or your family member (necessary to obtain insurance reimbursement).
